Directions:

• Take 1 x Serenoa 320 tablet each day.
• Using Advanced hair Clinic’s Thickening Shampoo, wash your hair every 2-3 days or as often as required.
• Wet hair; squeeze a generous amount into your palm. Massage gently through your hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly and repeat.
• Shake Advanced Hair Clinic’s Leave-in-Thickening Serum before use.
• Apply a small amount to washed, towel dried hair, using your fingertips gently massage the serum through, concentrating on the thinning areas and working the serum through until it is evenly applied. Do not rinse out.
